So, after reaching 300 pounds in my 30’s, I decided it was time to do something different: to actually learn what obesity researchers say about human weight problems. What I discovered is a lot of surprising information we never hear about why we’re overweight, and what we can do about it.
I translated what I learned into the best language I know – standup comedy. I built a show that is bust-out, gut laughter, comedy club fun, but still delivers cutting-edge health information that can make a real difference in your life. It definitely did in mine. I went from 300 lbs. to 175, and have stayed there ever since.
“The Comedian’s Diet” is completely clean, appropriate for all ages and sizes, and laugh-out-loud funny. I built it in comedy clubs, and now also perform it in theaters, at conventions, for company wellness programs, weight loss clinics, college wellness weeks, or any event where you want an audience to both laugh and walk out with new information about solving a worldwide problem.
